The screws are plastic, so unsure how well that would hold up with a larger, boisterous animal. Crate looks nice however the bars rattle if the dog bumps the sides of the crate. The latches are very easy for a determined dog open. The material of the crate is correlated plastic and I feel a determined dog could chew through it. But if the dog is crate trained and comfortable staying in a crate, the is a nice looking functional crate
