much smaller than description

this is really small as in too short to weigh a cat on; the image suggests it is 11.42" long but then the description indicates that it is less than 11" long. i think it's closer to 9". there is no way a 22lb cat or dog could be weighed on this. they are not narrow enough even sitting/standing up. the animals depicted in the product picture are misleading, too. this could work for a very small puppy or a kitten, but not an adult cat or adult small breed dog and certainly not a baby.
