Stole my money!!!

I was really excited about this purchase however when I went to put the bed together- there are missing parts. My son opened the box and had already thrown it away. I have not been able to find who I need to contact regarding receiving the correct parts and this process is confusing and frustrating. Now I am stuck with random parts and walmart saying I need to reach out to the merchant that sent my item.
