The travel packs are convenient to share Ovii with my friends and family. Immediately, I felt better after taking Ovii. My body needed the inositol like fire needs oxygen. That same day, everything clicked. I had already been eating right, exercising, walking, and having good sleep hygiene, but I still struggled to feel nourished. The same night, I slept wonderfully, I had no cravings, I felt full and nourished. I had set up all the dominoes, and the inositol was the piece that set them into action. I have more energy, I'm less irritable, and sleep better. My period was also far less painful and less heavy than usual. It lasted a little longer, but was more tolerable . And because I had better sleep and felt better, I had much much lower PMS symptoms. I will take this as long as I can. I haven't felt this good in 20 years. I've shared the packs with my loved ones, and they feel better, too.

Ovii helped me with my glucose levels, I noticed they have been down while checking my sugar. I have also noticed my hair and skin have been healthier than before by growing and my skin not breaking out as much. Overall, I feel more alive and well while taking Ovii, I underestimated this product and recommend anyone with PCOS to take this supplement!!

Ovii has really made a difference to me in a short amount of time. For starters, I don't have to be as stressed or worried about taking a bunch of different supplements to help with PCOS - this gets it in one. I also have endometriosis and having both PCOS and endo causes a lot of full body inflammation. I feel like Ovii has helped keep a lot of inflammation down for me!
