Sent wrong product and will not respond

I ordered a 2-pack of chemicals and only received a 1-pack. I was still charged $52.99. I called Walmart and was told I would get a response in 48 hours. No response sent. No contact to correct my order. I now have to call again and again to get this cleared up. No follow up from Walmart or the pool supplier.
