Missing pieces

Assembling took for hours because it was missing pieces that didn’t come with it as well as once arrived stated fragile on the box and it was ripped and torn, and was completely wet. Quality of the item is cheap. Looks like I received a return product that was white paint marks on some of the pieces like someone tried to repair it and a tape on the box. Look like somebody re-taped it and sent it back to Walmart.
