Assembly In Need of Reevaluation by Manufacturer

I have put together 5 electric bikes and scooters but this one had me soooo frustrated! Never had I had to “pre-lock” during the handle bar assembly (step 2). In my opinion, the pre-lock should have already been done. The pressure lock was so much trouble, that after 30 minutes of wrestling with it, I finally went and got my mallet and hammered it into position; it fit perfectly then. I followed the pictures but my front fender is still crooked. And putting the front wheel on was a challenge, I just hope that I got it correct because it came with two bars, so I didn't know which one to use. I've been riding it so, so far so good. It is a beautiful scooter!
