Effective, But Capsules Are Very Large

This is a good quality magnesium supplement, but there are a few things to be aware of. Basics: - 60 capsules total, with a serving size of 2 capsules for 400 mg - Capsules have no taste or aftertaste - Fairly easy to swallow despite their size What I noticed: - The capsules are the largest I've seen for a magnesium supplement. - They don't fit in my pill case and could be difficult for some people to swallow - The safety seal did not have a perforation, so I had to use cuticle scissors to open it - Price is a bit higher than some other options, but that's typical for a chelated form Effectiveness: I've been taking magnesium glycinate for a while and it has helped significantly with my sleep. This was my first time trying bisglycinate, and I've been sleeping very deeply since starting it. I also didn't experience any stomach issues, which has been consistent with both forms for me.

I love it because it's chelated, it's incredibly gentle. I take it about 30 minutes before bed, and it has become the off switch my brain desperately needs. I've noticed a significant drop in those annoying nighttime leg cramps and a much deeper, more restorative sleep without the morning grogginess, and ​at 400mg, the potency is spot on for a daily dose. Great easy to take magnesium supplement

Magnesium is a supplement I've been taking for a few months. I thought I'd try these and they've been great. Chewables are fun, but these are easier to take as you just swallow and you're done! Not much of a taste, if any, just a light orangey flavor. They work, they seem to have good ingredients, and if they're something your doctor has recommended then these are a great option at a good price.
