Very Effective

I have been using these Magnesium pills about an hour before bed each night and already noticing it has helped calm my restless legs. I will note that the size of the pills are on the larger size if that is a problem for some but for myself it was not. They are tasteless and have not caused any stomach problems as some forms of Magnesium can sometimes do. Once I knew the many benefits of Magnesium, I have tried several different forms to see what is the best fit for my needs. So far the Dr Vitamin Solutions is having the best calming effects and easiest on my stomach so I would recommend for these factors.

Great for helping my restless legs!

This vitamin was recommended to me by my doctor for my restless legs at night, and while they are a little large for my liking, they are still relatively easy to swallow and have worked wonderfully at night. I take 2 1 hour before bed and I'm able to fall asleep and stay asleep much faster and for much longer which I am so grateful for!

I've tried a few magnesium supplements before, and this one has been one of the better ones for me. I took it in the evening, and it helped me feel more relaxed before bed.
