Fast and Soft!

I'm 55 and need max cushion to take some stress off my knees, but so many cushioned shoes are slow and feel sloppy. These Neo Vistas are neither. The sock-like upper provides plenty of support and the built-in plate gives just the right amount spring. I can use them for long recovery runs and races. Well done Mizuno!

NEO VISTA is my Go to Long run shoe

The Neo Vista can handle all kind of paces, I did short strides about 50 yards, got surprising 5.07 pace from the Neo Vistas. I find the Neo Vista to be cushiony but responsive as you can see I unlock some surprising speed from the nylon plate. I look forward in longer runs than 5:30 miles I have taken them so far. I bought 2 more pair of Neo Vistas after putting 17 miles on them.

Use for training and long runs. Never feel sore after these long runs or next day. Very well cushioned shoe. Rocker motion. Shoe fits true to size. Usually ran in Saucony Triumphs for long runs but so impressed with Neo Vista bought a 2nd pair. Only downsides, takes a little effort to put on and laces are very long and do come undone some times even with double knotting.
