Great idea, poor final product

From the box this item seems like a great deal or gift, yet once received we noticed that the image on the box is NOT what the final product looks like. The instructions are missing steps, bags and pieces are missing and words are misspelled in the information booklet. I'm hoping we received the lemon boxes of the lot (purchased 3 branches), but I am overall disappointed in this product.

I mistook this as a Lego figure, which it isn't. The blocks at times are hard to snap together, and at other times, they don't fit snugly enough. Also, the picture on the box looks quite nice and detailed, while the end product only minimally resembles the picture on the box. Finally, the instructions are pretty small, and the parts come in 3 bags, which are just mixed up with no particular order.
