Clearly a bait and switch - DO NOT BUY

Clearly a bait and switch: What I ordered and what I received were two completely different things. I ordered a plug-in multi-color wreath with remote. What I got was a battery operated wreath with no remote. To turn the wreath off you have to cycle through all of the settings to get to the "off" button. I ended up getting a refund as this was absolutely NOT what I wanted and the customer service person I was in contact with twice blamed their coworkers for the mistake, but never once offered to send me the correct item. I do not believe the plug-in version exists. What a waste of time and shipping! I DO NOT recommend this item - beware! Do not buy from this ripoff company. Very poor customer service! For shame! ruined my enjoyment of the holiday season!
