Defective air hose reel replacement

I bought an Eastwood hose reel in 2015 because I wanted a quality hose reel. In 2017 it quit catching to stay out. I called Eastwood & they said they would send me another one in the next day or two. My brand new hose reel arrived about a week later free of charge. I can't say enough good about Eastwood and the way they stand behind their product. Thanks very much!

Good value for home use.

I bought this hose reel for my personal garage so usage will be intermittent. Be aware that the unit comes with a whip. No need to order a separate one as I did. Also, the instructions stated that the mounting pattern was full size and could be used for pre-setting mounting holes. I found the pattern had been reduced although the dimensions given were correct. Everything else works well.

Eastwood's 3/8-Inch x 50-Foot Retractable Air Hose

This air hose reel is heavy duty and of very good quality. It was very easy to hang and retracts beautifully. The air hose will hold at whatever length you pull out until you are ready to retract it. No more tangled up or tripping over hoses. I recommend this product to anybody.
