Ask your baby's doctor if you need to use cooled, boiled water for mixing and need to boil (sterilize) bottles, nipples and rings before use.1. Rinse can lid; shake very well; open with a clean punch-type opener.2. Pour equal amounts of formula and water into bottle.3. Attach nipple; swirl gently to mix once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.Storage: cover opened cans and prepared formula not used immediately.Store in refrigerator and feed to baby within 48 hours. Store unopened cans at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures.Warning: never use a microwave to warm formula.Serious burns can result.Breast milk is recommended. We switched to Similac Advance Concentrated Liquid for the nutrients iron our pediatrician recommended. Mixing is super easy: 1 part water, 1 part concentrate, no powder clumps or foam. Baby drinks it right away and takes full bottles. For bowels, [stools stayed soft/regular / no constipation issues]. Only downside is price vs powder and 48hr fridge rule after opening. Worth it for night feeds and travel
