I wanted something that was going to be a low enough to fit under my TV on top of my TV stand and it was significantly taller. I don't know why the specification says it's 4 inches tall because it is probably 24 inches tall. Also, for the price of it, it doesn't get overly warm and it took forever to warm up the living room. You had to stand in front of it to feel the heat.
