A third of them came broken!

I ordered 24 of them for a winter baby shower cocoa bar. 8 of them were broken in different packages. No time to order more. Walmart wanted a return for money back for broken peppermint spoons. I had no choice but to use the 16 that was good. I was short but no refund. I get it but still you wanted broken spoons back?
