Makes the best chile

This adds great flavor to my chile which has become a new Christmas Eve favorite. I just add sautéed onion and garlic, fire roasted tomatoes, kidney beans, some fire roasted corn, chile powder, ground sirloin and a can of tomato sauce and set the crockpot. Turns out great!
