I've been using this product for two months now and it has helped strengthen my immune system. I'm always sick this time of year and I haven't got sick not once since I've been taking this daily. I take it first thing in the morning. And I find it's just quicker and easier to add liquid in your mouth and then dump the two small scoops into your mouth and swish around really good before swallowing.
