I am sleeping better
I have not been diagnosed with sleep apnea but suspect I may have it. I wake up frequently during the night and my mouth is often dry. I cannot swear that this pillow is helping with sleep apnea, however, I can swear that I have slept on it for the past 5 nights or so and I feel that I am sleeping better. My neck is very comfortable to sleep either on my back or sides. My arms are not falling asleep when I sleep on my side any more so far. I just overall feel that I am sleeping more comfortably and getting a better night's sleep. (oh, and it easily fits inside a standard pillow case, which I am using, even though its cover is removable for washing).
