ORORO rocks!

Totally liked the vest, the fit, the quality, however the battery would not take a full charge. Directions state battery should be fully charged after 5 hours; it was not. Stayed blinking on the 3rd of the 4th lighted dot. Put in vest, ran it till it died and charged again thinking it would take a full charge, it did not. Contacted ORORO explained my situation and they provided me with a replacement battery. Had various emails and pictures and they were fantastic! Absolutely outstanding customer service, I was very impressed. Vest fits well, bought a size small, I'm 5'3" and 117lb and it fits perfect. I would highly recommend any ORORO product, not only because the product it good quality but they have the customer service to back up their products.
