A little pricey and the top kept leaking but I will try another to see if it was a fluke. Very easy to use with our almost four year old. She absolutely does not like you to clean her nose but she will blow it. This helps loosen what is stuck so she can breathe easier. She has even asked to do it before bed which is great.
