Much better quality than expected. Similar to Anthroplogie dress styles. 100% cotton (dress and liner slip) . It has pockets! The navy blue is darker than expected which I actually like. I'm 5 foot and it comes to my knees so will probably be a mini on everyone taller than I am. I recommend it!
