Great Product!!
I love digestive enzymes, I think I'll be using them for the rest of my life! They help to break down the cooked foods and sugar that we eat. Unless you're eating a raw food diet packed with enzymes then you won't need digestive enzymes. Basically they help your gut, and we can all use some help with our guts!!!
