Works flawlessly, 100% plug and play
I have only used the dock for a few days, but it was super easy to setup and everything worked from the start. The dock is also nicely designed, small and sleek. I am using it with a Dell XPS 13 (9360) and two monitors.

Powers laptop w/ 1 cord
I like this for the price, and the HDMI hookup was working for the first week, and then the HDMI isn't being recognized thru the Usb-C docking station, so I have to plug the HDMI directly into the new Laptop

Worked fine for a few weeks then started failing. There are only 3 USB 3.0 ports despite the 4x USB 3.0 in the title.
