Came in 2 separate boxes labeled Package A and Package B. Super heavy but FedEx was nice and delivered upstairs. Boyfriend said it was pretty simple instructions to follow, hardware was inside a zipped pouch within the armchair piece. Looks nice in the livingroom, not too big not too small. Decent quality and the pull-out mattress is pretty smooth and functional. I'd definitely recommend it if you're considering it.
