Not safe

In my case this product was not safe at all! My mother was injured while in the use of it. To begin the brakes do not stay locked at all the legs and feet are extremely exposed, my mother's big toe on her right foot was severely stubbed when borded on to the plane it resulted in a trip to the Er upon returning from our vacation removal of the nail had to be preformed still being cared for wound. Large scrape to left leg.
