Apart of my daily routine

Finally a multivitamin that makes a difference! I've always been skeptical of multivitamins because I wouldn't notice any meaningful change. I'm not sure if it's because I'm older now and have vitamin deficiencies, but I notice a huge difference. I take these in the morning to jump start my day. I can always tell the difference when I've skipped a dose.

Great daily dose for a women

Big pills

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pills are huge. I jokingly call them horse pill. They have a taste that's very strong and are solid but can be swallowed easily with a drink. The content is similar to other vitamins out there and overall I do like them very much and would recommend them
