Thanks For A Wonderful Night's Rest!

I was pessimistic that a natural product could do very much as a sleep aid, but I was very wrong indeed! When this product arrived I gave one to my adult (special needs) daughter, who usually wakes up several times during the night to have snacks, and I also took one, as I stay up far too late and I need to get back on a routine for the start of the school year. It tasted great (fruity) and melted in our mouths. My daughter began to show obvious signs of sleepiness within a few minutes. I began to feel very much at peace first, followed by sleepiness. We both went to bed at a decent hour and got a great night's sleep. If she got up, I didn't know it because I was resting very comfortably. We will definitely continue to use this product!

wonderful sleep aid

These quick dissolve tablets contain twice the melatonin as in other brands. They are pleasantly flavored to make swallowing easy. And the tablets are nice and small--no horse pills here. Melatonin is produced by our bodies but the amount we produce gradually reduces as we age. I take one of these tablets 1/2 hour before bedtime and I go gently to sleep. I wake up refreshed with no hangover. No longer do I lie in bed listening to my husband sleep soundly while I wait to go to sleep. They are safe and gentle. They also help when traveling to adjust your body clock to the local time zone and overcome jetlag.

These really help

This product really helps with sleep. Both fall asleep quickly and get a restful nights sleep for sure. I did feel a little groggy in the morning so I attempted to take a half a dose which is actually recommended on the bottle's instructions to check tolerance. However, these pills are tiny, do not have a score, and made to fast dissolve so when cut, they tend to just crush and crumble. If 20 milligrams is your dose then these are definitely for you! They don't taste horrible either
