Good, but paint arrived scuffed

The book is good quality, and the figures' molds have great details. I knew from the listing that the colors weren't perfect to the show. I wasn't expecting 7 of 10 figures to have scuffed/chipped paint upon arrival. I couldn't get the scuffed colors off with dish soap or a Magic Eraser. Sunny also had white plastic stuck to her mouth. I'll need sandpaper or a nail file to get it all off.

Bad packaging

Spine of book was ripped off. It was attached to the packaging material. The placement shows the book was destroyed while it was being packed and then it was sent to me like I wouldn't mind. I do. I will be returning it. The photo shows the ripped spine. It is the white paper stuck to the sticky part of the cardboard and then you can see where the white paper prevented the adhesive from sticking. Some stars were left because the toys inside the book were fine.
