Barilla Lasagne isn't Brittle

Often when I purchase lasagna pasta, there are broken lengths that are rather messy to work with. Barilla's boxed lasagne noodles were whole—all of them. Instead of boiling them, I place them in a long, glass pan and cover them with broth, sliding them in the oven as it is preheating. By the time I'm ready to assemble, the noodles are flexible and not a bit overdone. This means the finished lasagna turns out with the perfect amount of moisture, not a puddle of water in the bottom of the pan or on your plate.

Great noodles

I got these lasagna noodles free to try from Bzzagent, all comments/thoughts are my own. These noodles are great and are easy to work with when making lasagna. They don't fall apart which makes it much easier to put the layers together. Also, one box is the perfect amount for a lasagne (we do about 4 layers). They also don't get too soggy and reheat really well.

Definitely Buying This Again

I was gifted a box of Wavy Lasagne to try, and honestly, it's such a fun upgrade from the usual flat sheets. The wavy shape grabs onto the sauce and cheese so much better, so every bite feels extra flavorful and hearty, plus it actually holds together better when you cut into it. I didn't have to fuss with it at all—it cooked evenly, stayed nice and firm, and came out looking kind of fancy without me even trying. I'd definitely buy it again, and I'd totally recommend it if you like making lasagne at home—it just makes the whole dish taste better with zero extra effort.
