I ordered scooter and no assembly instructions and video that was less than helpful. The scooter parts came incomplete to assemble correctly . After was assembled the bike ran for 50 miles and will not start . I tried to initiate a return and got a big song and dance and was told I had the scooter was unreturnable and then told after can return but I have to pay the shipping and somehow figure out a freight shipping company on my own . I'm a disabled veteran how can i rebox a flipping scooter ? Im trying to give the company a chance to give me a replacement dont want money back even but still trying make it seem assembling handlebars and wheel somehow made it not run after 50 miles . Not to accomadating on makig things right .
