More hassle the help.
I found the the EZCoil self-retracting model more of a hassle than a help when it came to rolling it back up again. The retraction was too slow and kept stopping intermittently, which made me have to constantly keep pulling the hose out and re-initiating the retraction cycle to get the hose back in. Since you have to guide the hose retraction to avoid it topping off and pinching anyway, the slow-retraction feature becomes pointless, and not worth the extra money. I gave it 3 stars for its construction and paint job which are both excellent. Next time I'll go with the the standard spring loaded P series.
