These are very high-quality. I really like them a lot. I am 5'7” and 132 pounds. I have a naturally small waist and wider hips, larger thighs. Normally, I am about a size 4, sometimes a 2, and this time I got the 4, and it had a tiny bit of room left over in the waist and plenty of room in the legs and hips left over. Probably too much room in the stomach area. I'm thinking of taking it back for a size 2, but I have not decided yet. The material is more of a heavyweight denim a little on the rough side and just a tiny bit stretchy. The pockets in the back make are wonderful because it makes the rear rear look slimmer. Probably not good if you like to accentuate that body part (I don't lol). If you are between sizes, I would suggest going with the smaller size unless your waist is a little bit wider.
