This was a pain to put together at first because the instructions are terrible. The first one took forever to get up. but after we understood how it was supposed to be done, it was easy. it's extremely important to pay careful attention to the orientation of all the pieces. The most important thing to know is that these things will collapse very easily until you get all the screws in. after that it seems pretty sturdy.
