Good product but no service

Love the watch. It is the same as the one I had before but now with no counter service I couldn't get the battery changed and the band was breaking. I had to order the new one online as not sold at store. However, now the band is too big so need a couple of links taken out. I had to go to jewelry store to have that done which cost me another $10. So sad we have no counter top service anymore at Walmart.
