Items do not vent outside for AC units. Dislike that fact, cold air coming out front warm to hot air out the back just doesn't sound to me that it will cool a room. Also a lot smaller than I thought it would be. The heater on the other hand is great. heats uo fast and blows across the room

I was trying to give it a one star but it would not accept it so I tried two an it did accept it,🤦🏻♀️ Reason for 1 star is its advertising as an AC, heater and fan, but its just a heater and fan no AC, very disappointed and angry at the deception.
