i was skeptical if this set would actually work or not, especially at the price point of ten dollars but i was pleasantly surprised. i honestly did not think the adapter would fit our hose to the vacuum because since we have a shop vac, they run kind of on the larger side but it fit fine. We have a samsung smart dryer so its a little bit different in the front dryer lint trap so when we first tried this hose it wouldnt fit, but the brush would, so we used the brush to get into the area that the hose wouldn't fit and drug the excess lint out to where the hose attachment could easily vacuum it up. The brush works exceptionally well because its so flexible and the amount of bristles on it....the bristles are stiff which keep them from collapsing when pressure is put on them . i used the brush to break up all the lint that was stuck against the inner walls of the trap area and the back part of the dryer that you cant see from the exterior. the type of dryer we have has an opening on the back side of it that the door opens and u can run a hose up thru it to clean out the underside of the dryer and u can also detach the main vent hose...when we detached the hose we ran the dryer brush up through it and along the inner walls so anything that was stuck to the unner walls of it wete dislodged and we were able to vacuum out easily. Simply put...this is such an easy fix for a clogged hose or some preventive maintenance on your dryer. At the price point it's sold at you absolutely should take the opportunity to grab one and try it out.
