The BEST 3-6-9 oil on the Market
Learned about healthful oils vs "bad" oils and need for adequate oil intake 12 years ago. It has been a staple in my diet ever since. The low fat diet is what is killing us. Every low fat food, replaces fat with sugar and chemicals that i can't pronounce. I use little oil other than this oil daily in my diet. I "fry" in broth (if I want to conserve calories) or coconut oil. For flavor on my veggies occasionally I use real butter. Udo's oil is my daily staple.
