I'll buy again

Loved the glass bottle, I think glass always makes a product look high quality. It's definitely a great seasoning. I received a full sized bottle of the McCormick Gourmet Organic Garlic Powder, it was a 2.25oz glass jar, at no cost from BzzAgent in exchange for my honest review. I used this on many meals like; homemade garlic bread, spaghetti, when we grilled burgers, and also mixed into some mashed potatoes. Each dish was delicious, and I was glad I decided to use it each time.

High Quality garlic powder

I knew this garlic powder was going to be good before I even used it for the first time. Just comparing it to what I was currently using, you can see that this garlic powder is so fine, like soft sand. When I opened the container I could actually smell garlic. My current stuff smells...dusty? I've used this garlic powder twice now, once for roasted potatoes and once to make garlic bread. The potatoes turned out perfect. One of my kids favorite sides is the roasted potatoes I make and he said these were the best potatoes I've made yet. This is saying a lot, because any time I use a different brand of anything, he can tell, and usually doesn't like it. The garlic bread I made turned out as expected, very good. I will definitely be replacing my current garlic powder with this garlic powder. I would recommend to anyone to just look at it in the store, you can see the difference.

Similar with a slight edge

I tasted McCormick's Gourmet Organic Garlic powder side by side with Great Value Garlic powder (our normal) while the flavors we're overall very similar, I will say the McCormick's Gourmet Organic Garlic powder did have a bit more of the fresh garlic "burn" where as our normal garlic powder was a bit more muted in that regard. I enjoyed it a great deal.
