Farberware Pastry and Dough Blender

Works well for cutting shortening into flour and mixing ingredients for crumble topping. I like the improved shape of the blender. The handle could be a little larger in diameter for a more comfortable grasp, but over all it is satisfactory. The blades are heavier duty than the old one I had. That one was at least 40 yrs old. I hope this one will also "cut" strawberries, even tho the blades are thicker.
