Didn't receive what was pictured.

The wand seems to be good quality, but the scrubbing pad refills are not as pictured. They are very flimsy and came loose in the box with the handle in its own package. The scrubbing surface is not the natural fiber that appeared on the one's I've previously purchased, nor do they have a true sponge layer. They are not attached to a cartridge clip to connect to the wand either. I've purchased these scrubber wand refills in the past and they've been great. The scrubber refills I received are NOT the same product and I suspect they aren't even actually Scotch-Brite brand. The first two pictures are the new refills I received. The last two are of the refills I have purchased in the past.
