Lardy Sheesham/Natural Boxwood Chessmen on Marrakech Decoupage Chess Board

I ordered several games and this is the first one I received. It arrived in perfect condition inside a box with paper. The game box itself has a manufacturers plastic wrap, which is great for protecting the box corners, etc (very nice especially for gift giving). The game board folds and snaps closed to store the game pieces inside. There is a slight magnetism to it which aids in keeping pieces put. The pieces are good for small and large hands. There is a brief instruction sheet with a small image of the set up of pieces to the board. My only con would be the instruction sheet because for new players, the image is very small/faint and we don't know what a rook is or which is the bishop and so on. I did set it up correctly but I also went online to view images to make sure I did. I've always wanted to learn to play chess. Better late than never. Games are rather pricey today and this one worthy of the present $14 price point. It's especially good for children and for those such as myself, just learning to play. Additionally, I believe its good for everyone wanting a simple chess set for home or away. I'm very pleased with it.
