XL is really a Large.
I ordered Ugg style slippers for my whole family, opting at the last moment for scuffs for two of them. How disappointing that these XL slippers are really L as the sizes don't run like all the other brands XL. I had opted for no returns as I figured they would fit like the others I had ordered, so I paid. The credit took a good two weeks and I was charged shipping plus 5% as described. I still love Jet.com...I'll just have to be more cautious and read the reviews more carefully.
