Hello: We did a bathroom remodel and bought ours in chrome. It came carefully wrapped in a big box ( protecting it from shipping damage) and it was in flawless condition. This element was installed with other pieces from the Parallel Collection . The design is modern, gorgeous and timeless. The build quality is exceptional. The product warranty is lifetime replacement. Using the filler it has very smooth and precise operation. The handshower is also a pleasure to use and it has very good flow to rinse hair or the tub, I can only say you buy quality once and it lasts a lifetime.
