For easy Easter treats i make no bake Chow mein bird nest cookies with these noodles as they cling together better than pretzels and when dipped in a mixture of melted chocolate chips and peanut butter can be shaped into mini nests that i put a few jelly beans in and refrigerate on Parchment paper.

The original
We can now choose the GV wonton strips and GV tri-color tortilla strips but don't forget about the original that has been enjoyed for EIGHTY years. These are somewhat hard but so thin that they have an acceptable and satisfying crunch when added to Asian style salads or atop Asian style stir fry dishes, chow mein or even ramen soups. I remove mine from the bag and place in glass jars with tight lids for freshness. They are not very nutritious because they are fried, bleached flour but it is all about the crunch.
