What a superb cookie sheet! This heats evenly when baking or cooking. It's easy to clean (though if food sticks due to burning, just soak it in water for a half hour or so, and it comes off easily). They're much heavier than the cheap aluminum non-stick cookie sheets they replaced. As the manufacturer mentioned, the sheets warp slightly when very hot (I notice it when removing them from a 450°F oven, but not from a 275°F oven); once they cool down to room temperature, they completely regain their original shapes.
