Pretty sure these are polyester capri pants

I felt a little disappointed the moment I pulled these capri pants out of the bag. I expected them to be cotton sweatpants, but the fabric feels like polyester. There is no tag, so I'm not 100% sure what they are made out of, but that's what it feels like. The color is okay, basically what I expected. I got green. I wasn't sure about sizing when I placed the order. I normally wear medium but they only had large available. The description says they are slim fitting and low rise, but some reviews said they run big, so I didn't know how they would fit. I thought if they were low rise and slim fitting that maybe they wouldn't be too big, but they are pretty loose fitting on me. I would not say that they are low rise or slim fitting. I would say they run true to size since they are a little big on me but that's to be expected since these are large and I normally wear medium. At least there is a drawstring waist so I can cinch them as tight as I want. My biggest complaint other than the fabric is that I wish the cuffs at the bottom were tighter around my legs. The pants just kind of hang instead of the cuffs gripping my legs, and I don't like that. Overall, these pants are okay, but could be better.
