A gentle nudge back to sleep
It’s best to not overdo melatonin, and this formula gets it right! It’s a gentle nudge back to sleep, rather than a grog-inducing knock-out. A mint option might be nice, but the cherry flavor is good, not fakey. The spray lock is a bit overkill, I think, but that’s a trivial thing. I’ll definitely buy again.
