This little nature shirt is really cute. My daughter is about 85 pounds and 4ft 9 inches and she got the xxl size 18 and there's plenty of growing room in it. It's really cute for spring because it's short sleeved and has a bunny and wildflower pattern, it's something different than the traditional pajama sets, but definitely longer than a T-shirt .

I bought this sleep gown in a size XXL 18 for my daughter who is is 4'11" tall and close to 100 lbs. Her true size is a 14 plus or 16 regular but I sized up for length and room to grow. It fit how I hoped and I'd say it is true to size. It comes in many color options and I chose the "Blue Cove" option for her. It's navy blue with colorful hearts all over it. The material is lightweight and my daughter said it's super comfortable to wear. It will be great for staying cool and sleeping comfortably when the warmer weather arrives. It is definitely a worthwhile sleepwear purchase for your child.
