Item is the real deal. The screw that comes with the kit is self threading so don't be alarmed that there is no thread inside the cartridge; make your major adjustments to the screw before install and you'll be fine. Also keep in mind this is the short stem version of the RP60114 part -- so check your delta manual before purchasing to verify part.
