My go to lure for bass!

I just did a comparison of the Rebel Teeny PopR against the Rapala UL Pop. Teeny PopR is clearly the winner for me. It is a better fish catcher on almost all fronts except for their attention to details. Rapala UL Pop is a more beautifully constructed lure (not by much), but the Teeny PopR is my go-to bass lure for the last 2-3 seasons. It has a better pop, more durable hooks, the tail hook is dressed which trigger attacks even when stationary, and the cost is cheaper. I caught my PB SMB on this lure; not huge in any standards for you Floridians and mid-Westerners. Only 21” and 4lb, but it is big for those of us fishing in the north east.

Tiny but effective

Indeed a tiny popper. Good light popping action and a nice tail slump when at rest. Drove the smallmouth bass crazy on the Menomonie River fishing tight on the banks from a boat. Induced a lot of strikes and the small treble hooks delivered a good hook-up ratio.
